To take and deliver an order we collect:
We never receive or store your card number. Card details are entered directly into secure fields hosted by Stripe (or paid through Apple Pay or Google Pay on your device) and are exchanged for a single-use token. That token is all our systems ever see.
There are no customer accounts and no passwords on this site, so there is no login credential of yours for us to hold or lose.
Order details are held by Stripe, our payment provider, and are sent to the shop by email and message so we can prepare and deliver your order. We do not keep a separate customer database of our own.
Only Stripe, as payment processor, and the email service that sends your order confirmation, and only what is needed to fulfil the order. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Note that delivering a gift necessarily means telling us the recipient's details. We use those solely to complete that delivery.
Call the shop on 0466 063 798 with your order reference and we will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page in order to process payment securely and prevent fraud.
