Priced by distance, because that is what it costs us to drive. Driven by us, not a courier network - the person who made the arrangement usually delivers it.

Collect from the shop at Container 3, Level 3/200 Rosamond Rd (Highpoint), Maribyrnong. Choose a date and time at checkout and we will have it wrapped and waiting. Bouquets are ready in about an hour, flower boxes in 3 hours to 5 hours, a Grand Luxury custom needs 1 day and wreaths need 2 days. Checkout shows the earliest time for your bag.
It is the single most useful thing on the order. Flowers are usually a surprise, which means the recipient is often not expecting a knock - and unlike a parcel, an arrangement left in the sun for six hours is ruined. A number means our driver can call rather than guess.
We will call the recipient first. If there is no answer we will try a safe, shaded spot out of direct sun and message both of you to say where it is. If there is nowhere sensible, the flowers come back to the shop and we will arrange another time at no extra cost.
You can tell us exactly what you would prefer in the special instructions field at checkout - a neighbour, a reception desk, a back porch. We will follow it.
All fine, and we do a lot of them. Add the ward, chapel, service time or company name in the special instructions so the driver is not left asking at a front desk. For funerals in particular, tell us the service time and we will build the run around it.
Orders in before 1pm go out the same day. After that we will aim for the next available window. If something is genuinely urgent, call the shop on 0466 063 798 rather than ordering online - we can often work something out that the website will not let you book.
Call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly that somewhere is out of range than take the order and disappoint you.
1pm on weekdays. Orders after that go out the next morning. If something is genuinely urgent, ring the shop on 0466 063 798 rather than ordering online, because we can often work something out that the website will not let you book.
From $15 to $30, priced by distance rather than a flat fee: up to about 6km $15, about 6-11km $22 and about 11-15km $30. Pickup from the shop is free.
Bouquets and roses are ready in about an hour. Flower boxes take about 3 hours for Standard and Classic and about 5 hours for Deluxe, and a Grand Luxury custom needs 1 day. Wreaths need 2 days. Checkout only offers pickup times we can meet, and the earliest one is shown for your bag. For anything sooner, ring the shop on 0466 063 798.
The driver rings the recipient first, which is why we ask for their phone number and not yours. If there is no answer we leave it somewhere shaded and out of sight and message you both. If there is nowhere sensible, it comes back to the shop and we rebook at no extra cost.
Yes, we do a lot of both. Add the ward, chapel or service time in the special instructions so the driver is not left asking at a front desk. Ring the hospital ward first, though, because intensive care and some oncology units do not accept flowers at all.
No. A postcode outside the list is refused at checkout rather than quietly accepted, and you are offered pickup instead. Ring and ask if you are close to the edge of the area, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
You can choose a window at checkout: 9am to 1pm, 1pm to 5pm, or any time. Any time is the most likely to arrive early in the day, because it lets us build the run efficiently.
