Pick the time window at checkout. Mornings suit a delivery to a house, afternoons suit a workplace, because flowers that land at 9am on a desk sit there all day and then have to be carried home on a train. If it is a surprise, give us the recipient's mobile and not the sender's. Our driver rings if nobody answers, and that call is the difference between flowers delivered and flowers back at the shop.
If you know their house, match it. If you do not, bright and mixed beats a single colour, because it works in any room and does not read as a statement. Tell us in the notes if there is a colour to avoid and we will work around it.
Yes, order by 1pm on a weekday and it goes out the same day. After that we deliver the next morning.
Yes. Put the company name and any reception details in the special instructions so the driver is not left asking at a front desk. Afternoon windows work better than mornings for offices.
Yes, every card is hand-written. Type it at checkout and it goes on a card, not printed on the receipt.
We deliver across Highpoint, Maribyrnong & Melbourne's Western Suburbs, same day when you order by 1pm. Delivery areas and fees.
